Confirm OTG is enabled, reconnect the NWT device, review the system USB behavior and ensure the permission prompt is not blocked. If it still fails, replace the OTG cable and inspect connection logs first.
Check serial permissions, cable stability and power supply first, then inspect command padding, byte order and serial port occupancy.
